Precision Turning
Reliable contract manufacturer of high-precision turned parts
Supplying engineered high-precision turned components
Our quality precision turning services start with engineering: we leave it to our experts to determine the right blend of precision milling and turning for optimal machining of a component. Of course, we can also perform one or the other separately.
Our new generation CNC machines take care of turning parts that need to be machined with tight tolerances. We can perform CNC turning on a wide range of rigid and resistant materials.
Examples of precision turned parts/ components
Manufacturing precision turned parts of special alloys is what allows for using our components in several industries such as bolt tightening accessories and hydraulic components.
Custom solutions based on CAD drawings
Based on the STEP file / CAD drawing, our engineers conduct a feasibility analysis, plan the manufacturing process step by step and calculate manufacturing cycle time. It is the cycle time that our quotation is always based on.

Expert engineering
Custom solutions for special applications
Low to mid volume
Up to 0,01 mm precision
Tight tolerances
Features
Hard materials
Precision turning on rigid, hard-to-machine alloys of steel that resist extreme wear and withstand harsh conditions.
Complex geometries
Manufacturing complex three-dimensional structures, even hollow parts with undercuts and cavities.
Surface finishing
Nitriding, chemical blackening and other specialized surface treatments.
File formats
Since we use CAD/CAM software, we can work with all frequently used CAD / STEP files.
Production volume
Low to mid volume precision turning generally in smaller batch sizes.
Maximum dimensions
Diameter and weight are inversely proportional with a 200 kg piece at 1250 mm being the maximum.
