The entire manufacturing process of our products takes place in Europe. Sheet metal is sourced from European suppliers, precision machining is performed at our plant and surface finishing is also carried out in Europe. We distribute all our products from Budapest, Hungary.
Professional CNC machining services at your disposal
After receiving the DVG, STEP files or other CAD drawings, the given component will be subject to practical consulting on manufacturing. Our engineers make an assessment of the required steps in production and plan the machining process specifically for the given material. In rare cases, we might advise making small modifications on the design to aid manufacturing.
We oversee tooling, gripping, machining and surface finish needs and plan the entire manufacturing process.
Custom quotation based on cycle time & overhead
Our quotations are always prepared individually based on the cycle time of a given component. We calculate our prices based on overhead and the time it takes to produce a batch.
